This Class is perfect for those who are able to work with buttercream, cover the cake and get it ready to cover with fondant. You will also learn how to do basic royal icing piping and finish decorating the cake with some fondant flowers. You will need to provide a 6" square or round cake Buttercream will be provided.

What is included in the class:

  • After prepping the cake with buttercream, prepare the fondant for the cake
  • Colour the fondant to your choice
  • Learn how to roll the fondant out to cover the cake
  • Learn how to do basic piping with royal icing
  • Decorate your cake with simple fondant flowers
